I would be nervous about making a mess with Nair, getting it inside the ear canal, or find that my puppy has ingested it. My vet told me I could just pull back my puppy's ears and pinch the extra hair and pull it out. My puppy barely made a fuss when he did this to demonstrate. I still feel like I might hurt her though. I will probably get a small hair trimmer that is designed to remove facial hair on humans.
